DESCRIPTION:DCOA to present "A Christmas in Ridgecrest"\n\n\n\nThe Desert Community Orchestra Association will present its annual holiday concert\, "A Christmas in Ridgecrest\," Saturday\, Dec. 13th at 7 p.m. at the James Monroe Middle School gymnasium.  The community is invited to come and enjoy popular holiday classics and traditional Christmas carols as well as new numbers celebrating the season.\n\n\n\nConductor Robby Martinez and the orchestra will showcase music by John Williams\, Irving Berlin\, Mannheim Steamroller's Chip Davis\, and more.  The concert will also feature the local Suzuki Strings\, the Grace Lutheran Hand Bell Choir\, the Desert Children's Star Choir\, and the Desert Symphony Singers led by David Hodgson.  It will be a concert that the whole family can enjoy.  Tickets are available at Red Rock Books and at the door for $11 general admission and reduced price for senior\, military\, and students.
