SUMMARY:Air Zoo Afterschool Program
DESCRIPTION:Afterschool programs at Inyokern\, Pierce\, and Faller will be having an Air Zoo event next Friday\, November 21\, 2014\, from 3:00-4:00.  The students will have completed a three week unit on engineering. They observed the behavior and adaptations of gliding and flying animals\, and based on what they observed\, the student built gliders. Since they based them on animals\, the gliders will be decorated like animals\, and will become our flying Air Zoo! Many of our students benefited from having engineers in the classroom to help with building their gliders.\n\n\n\nThere will be free pumpkin spice muffins and cider\, and a prize drawing.
