Registration begins at 6:45 AM and is open to any and all\, with the competition beginning at 7:30. Our time trial course consists of a 6-mile run\, followed by a 12-mile ride (three laps total) -- both similar courses with a few hills\, some technical spots\, and some sandy sections. Do both the run and ride yourself\, team up with a partner\, or only do one leg. If you are interested in participating\, but don't have a bike\, a running partner\, or a biking partner\, contact us and we'll get you sorted. Not interested in running or riding? Come on out anyway to support the community and our athletes! Aid stations will be available\, as will prizes to our top finishers. And\, as always\, tandem bikes are highly encouraged!
