DESCRIPTION:This program is designed to be facilitated as a one-time\, two-hour interactive class where parents of children ages 3-12 meet and learn simple strategies to enhance their children's health through topics like Traffic Light Eating\, Brainy Breakfasts and Watering their growing children. This one time class is designed to help you understand the importance of nutrition for your family. This program does not teach the food pyramid or the MyPlate. This is for adults only\; no childcare offered. \n\n\n\nThe cost is $30 per person and it includes interactive instruction\, a take-home booklet (will be given to you at the class)\, a healthy recipe\, and chances to win prizes throughout our time together. A minimum of 10 participants (with no more than 20) is required for each workshop. Payment is required 10 days before the workshop begins. There are no refunds once registration closes. Please be on time.
