SUMMARY:Maturango's Museums Open Studio Tour 2015
DESCRIPTION:Maturango Museum's Open Studio Tour 2015\n\nArtists and craftspeople open their studios for the 2-day event so ticket holders can visit and purchase artwork.  The past 11 years of this event has been extremely fun and educational.  There are about 30 local artists that participate\; some are "regulars" but many are new each year.  Some studios host several artists\, have demonstrations\, and many serve snacks.  This is a wonderful way for artists and craftspeople to share their talent\, studios\, and creativity with others !\n\nTickets are $15 each\; a poster showing an item from each artist\, and a map\, is the ticket.  The days of the tour\, ticket holders drive around to visit studios on their own agenda.\n\nThe Tour will be Saturday and Sunday\, October 17 & 18\, 2015\, 10 am   5 pm each day.\n\nEach artist will also have their artwork displayed in the Open Studio Tour Exhibit at the Museum and be a part of the Artists' Reception on Friday\, October 2\, 2015.
