The Indian Wells Valley Water District Board of Directors\, Sierra Sands Board of Education and Kern County Assessor-Recorder. The candidates for water board include: Peter Brown\, Chuck Griffin and Don Joe McKernan   The candidates for School Board include: Amy Castillo-Cover\, Tim Johnson\, Kurt D Rockwell and Christina Witt.  The candidates for assessor include: Property Tax Appraiser Lupe Esquivias\, Councilman Russell Johnson\, and Chief Deputy Appraiser Jon Lifquist.The cost of the luncheon is $15 and reservations are required.  Please call Marlene Tracy at (760)608-3548 to make your reservations. 12 to 1:30 pm in the banquet room of the Clarion Inn\, 901 N China Lake Blvd.
