Blue Jacket of the Year Ceremony to recognize NAWS China Lake's "Best of the Best" Sailors and Marines. Military - Service Dress Blues or Equivalent, Civilians - Appropriate Attire. 6pm Social Hour, Dinner at 7pm followed by presentation of awards.
