Thursday, April 28, 7 p.m. – Cerro Coso Community College Band Concert at the Parker Performing Arts Center at Burroughs High School. Admission is FREE. This will be an evening of wonderful entertainment for the entire family. “Across the Ponds” will feature music from English, Australian and Canadian composers. Selections will include “Lincolnshire Posy” by Percy Grainger, “First Suite in Eb” by Gustav Holst, “Concert Medley from the Lord of the Rings” by Howard Shore, and “Queen in Concert’ arranged by Jay Bocook.
