Learn all of the basics from simple side dishes and how to cook eggs as well as cooking meat and lasagna. We will practice different salads and even appetizers. Learn about kitchen safety, sanitation and knife skills. Notebook included with recipes, handouts and everything you need to know to cook life a real chef. Safety/behavior waiver must be signed to attend. 12:30 - 4:30, $185 ages 12-18. Attendance will be limit to 8 students (minimum of 6 students for the camp to take place). Contact 760-499-5151
