The Democratic Club of the High Desert is pleased to invite everyone to attend and participate in our upcoming nonpartisan, gala dinner this coming Friday night. Dine with Your Candidates Dinner Sponsored by the Democratic Club of the High Desert Date: Friday, September 30, 2016 Time: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM Dinner: $19.99 Place: Fireside Dinner House at the Heritage Inn 1050 N. Norma St., Ridgecrest This event is considered a unique alternative to the standard candidates’ forum by encouraging people to participate who are more at ease in a small group. We are excited about sponsoring this warm, friendly and informal dining opportunity with Mayoral and City Council candidates. Each candidate will honor the voters by rotating from table to table thereby providing this chance to engage our public office seekers. The Fireside Dinner House has agreed to provide a sit down dinner including a salad, entre (choice of caper chicken or tilapia fish), side, beverage and dessert. The Democratic Club encourages Republicans and Independents to attend this special occasion. Because of the interest generated by this year’s Mayoral and Council race we anticipate a large turnout.
