This Thursday, April 28 at 6 p.m. at the Historic USO Building, special guest Lt. Col. Jeff “Spanky” Peterson will speak about his rescue mission to save lone survivor Marcus Luttrell, the subject of the 2013 powerhouse film—the true story of heroism, courage and survival starring Mark Wahlberg. A special screening of the film will precede Peterson’s presentation and question and answer session. Admission to this special event is free and open to the public, but seating is limited.
