The Society for Financial Awareness (SOFA) is a national nonprofit organization whose goal is to increase the financial knowledge of the communities it serves.
The Kern County chapter of SOFA is sponsoring a series financial classes. All courses are free and open to the public.
The financial world has never been more uncertain. The course "Financial Planning in an Uncertain World" will discuss various methods and techniques of financial, retirement and tax planning in order to help you better cope with a changing world.
Discussion of processes to keep the assets in your savings and retirement plans more tax efficient as well as safeguarding their principal values in the face of unstable markets.
