Healthy Aging the L.E.A.N. way is a program for adults and seniors.
Ridgecrest, CA – A four-workshop series on Healthy Aging is being held in Ridgecrest at the Kerr McGee Community Center on June 27, July 25, August 22, and September 19 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
This series is taught once a month over four months. In June: Healthy Blood Vessels; Happy Heart; in July: Make a mental shift - access your IRAH; in August: Weight control plan that actually works; and in September: Time to change the oil; learn meal planning strategies too! World renowned physician and author, William Sears, MD, and wife, Martha Sears, RN, developed this simple healthy-aging program to help adults and seniors add more quality of life to their years. It is facilitated by a local Certified Health Coach.
Adults are encouraged to register for the Healthy Aging workshops to help them add more years to their life and more life to their years! Contact the Kerr McGee center to register for a class. There is a discount when two people register to take the same class together!
