HIGH SIERRA CYCLISTS' 2017 ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP PARTY

Join High Sierra Cyclists on Saturday, January 21st at 12:30 p.m. for our annual membership party. Dues are $15 per individual or $25 for a family which covers your luncheon, gets you a raffle ticket, and pays for your 2017 membership. We kindly ask that attendees be willing to bring a side dish or dessert to accompany our main dish of pizza. We will be discussing our calendar of events and our new mountain bike team, as well as voting on officers and raffling off prizes. This is a causal, fun, family-friendly event with games, and music by DJ Keru. Our annual events accommodate a variety of skill levels, ranging from short, novice-friendly activities (wrapping up with hot chocolate and clam chowder) to extremely difficult road rides in the 127- to 134-mile range with around 15,000 to 17,000 feet of climbing. Note that well-earned ice cream sandwiches are not unheard of toward the end of these ridiculously long rides! Your annual membership includes a 10% discount (excluding big ticket items) at both local bike shops, a 20% discount off your Ridgecrest Desert Classic registration, and inclusion on our regular club e-mails.
