HSUMD Death Valley Meeting

Historical Society of the Upper Mojave Desert will host Mike Cipra, an Environmental Protection Specialist at Death Valley National Park, to present the National Park Service's Wilderness and Backcountry Stewardship Plan. Although this event is not one of the official public meetings to present the discuss plan, it will afford local residents the opportunity to discuss the plan with a representative of the National Park Service. The event will take place at the Historic USO Building at 230 W. Ridgecrest Blvd., from 6 to 7:30 pm. The general public is encouraged to attend. Contact 760-793-8456
