Introduction to Herbs & Oils Workshop

Ridgecrest Natural Birthing community will be hosting this free workshop. Topics include safety and precautions, the difference between oils, tinctures, teas, and other herbal supplements, and commonly used herbs and oils to support healthy pregnancies and growing families. Guest speakers include Megan Koontz, local midwife, local doula Marla Morgan and Backy Hazel, local Bradley Childbirth instructor and doula.
