PTH-3, June 14th at 12:30p-2p: Move Waste from Your Waist – Waist size is a strong indicator of our overall health! Find out how to remove toxic waste that is produced by belly fat. Learn safe exercises.
This workshop is $35 per person. The cost includes an interactive presentation, a healthy snack, and a workbook. Pre-registration is required. Please call me no later than 3p on Friday, June 13th to secure your seat.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to promoting youth literacy.
