Register for --- L.E.A.N. Essentials workshop on 3/19

This workshop is geared towards parents with young children at home. Come learn simple strategies to enhance your children's health through topics like Traffic Light Eating, Brainy Breakfasts and Watering their growing children. This one time class is designed to help you understand the importance of nutrition for your family. This workshop does not teach the food pyramid or the MyPlate.

Children age ten and older may attend with their parent after signing a waiver with the KMCC (no charge for the child - 1 child per paying adult).  

The cost is $30 per adult and it includes interactive instruction, a take-home booklet (will be given to you at the class), and a healthy snack.

Bonus: When I fill at least ten paid seats, I will donate 10% of my profits to a local outreach ministry in Ridgecrest.
