RIDGECREST DESERT CLASSIC

Sponsored by HIGH SIERRA CYCLISTS, our November 19th Ridgecrest Desert Classic is a fantastic mountain bike race conveniently located right in our backyard! Racers can choose from four challenging courses which wind their way through our wonderful Rademachers: the Classic Loop at 8 miles, Beginner Loop at 14 miles, Sport at 21 miles, and the Expert/Pro Loop at 27 miles. Classic Loop and Beginner racers start at 0930 while Sport and Expert/Pros start at 1015. Registration is open at Active.com, or register in person at either TJ Frisbee Bicycles or Bob & Ardyce's Bicycles. $40 fee includes RDC t-shirt if registered by November 15th. Packet pickup will take place at TJ Frisbee Bicycles Friday, November 18th from 5 to 7 pm. Though early registration is strongly encouraged, we'll take racers up until approximately 0900 Saturday morning. Staging is at Cerro Coso Community College gym parking lot (3000 College Heights Blvd) and Pony Espresso will be serving breakfast and lunch.
