Our guest speaker will be Marshall "Chip" Holloway, Vice Mayor of the City of Ridgecrest.  Chip has been serving on the City Council for four terms.

His focus and interests  on the Council are reflected in his past membership on the City Organization Committee and Economic Development Committee.  He currently serves on Quality of Life Committee and the Community Development Committee.
