United Pegasus Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a second chance to once-unwanted horses through retirement and adoption, is celebrating their 20th year in operation at the ranch in Tehachapi, Saturday and Sunday, September 20 & 21, 2014, 9am to 4pm.
