Join Team No Limits at High Desert Fitness on Ithis Friday afternoon at 4:30 as we share our personal experiences from the #10dayshred we did in May and June. We are doing another shred on 7/18 and we are hoping to kick more bad eating habits to the curb and I know you can agree that accountability is really necessary when you're giving up some foods that haven't been so good to us. So, join us!! Come sample the products, ask questions, watch the video on what to expect, and participate in our challenge.
