Writers' Weird Weekend
The HSUMD/Ridge Writers' Weird Weekend is Friday and Saturday, September 12th and 13th at the Historic USO Building. This even will include a lot of fun, weird activities for the 2 day event. The event will include a gala weird dinner, weird guest speakers, a classic weird film, a kids' weird computer workshop, and a weird storytelling competition. All weird story tellers are welcome to compete for prizes. Kids' Weird Computer Guy workshop at Intrepid IT Solutions across the street from 10:30-noon, lunch and refreshments available for sale at the HSUMD snack bar, David Kulczy's talk "California Fruit, Flakes and Nuts" at 1:00, and the Weird Storytelling Competition at 2 pm.
