OPEN GYM
We will be offering a fully functional open gym stocked with the latest LifeFitness and Hammer Strength equipment.
This will include something for the avid lifter, those new to fitness and everything in between.
GROUP FITNESS
Connect with like minded people and gain motivation in numbers!
We will be offering yoga classes, Body Pump®, and Zumba®.
ACTIVE AGING
Bringing you the latest LifeFitness has to offer, we have designed a designated full body circuit of machines that have been specifically designed to be gentle on joints. This is perfect for seniors and those recovering from an injury.
MONTHLY MEMBER EVENTS
At 760 Fitness we value health and wellness as a whole and are dedicated to providing you with the resources, tools and information needed to take your wellness to the next level.
All members will have free access to monthly events we will be hosting inside the gym.
These events will include:
Healthy Cooking Demonstrations
Meal Prep Demonstrations
Basics and Benefits of Meditation
Mobility Tension Release Workshops and more.
CHILD CARE
Health and wellness habits start at a young age; your dedication to working out is a wonderful example for the little ones!
While you are focusing on getting in that workout, we will ensure your kiddos have a safe place to hang out.
Our child care area will be designed to promote physical activity and movement.
