About Us

Our mission is to provide quality healthcare services to financially vulnerable families and
individuals covered by government programs. Pathways is an innovative national healthcare leader,
providing quality care and accessible services in an efficient and caring manner.

We use a multidisciplinary team approach to service delivery. This approach provides a network of service providers who best meet the needs of the individuals and families being served. Our clinical team includes licensed and pre-licensed therapists, clinical psychologists, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, licensed vocational nurses certified substance abuse counselors, recovery coordinators, and peer specialists. Eligible individuals are assigned a personal Recovery Coordinator to assist them throughout their journey.
