About Us

Welcome to High Desert Training Services! We provide specialized training services in the California high desert, including Ridgecrest and the surrounding areas. Here at High Desert Training Services we provide a broad range of training and consultation services. We are an American Red Cross Licensed Training Provider. We provide Adult & Pediatric CPR, First Aid, AED Training. In addition, we provide certified training in Basic Life Saving (BLS) for Healthcare provider for healthcare professionals, as well as Babysitter training and many more!

In addition to the training, we provide Business Development training & consultation services. We can assist your business in developing a highly efficient workforce. We provide workplace training for soft skills, team work, business culture, equity and diversity, goal setting, and coaching/mentoring services for employees.

Lastly, HDTS provides Sport & Exercise Psychology Services. Our trainer is a Sport & Exercise Psychology Consultant, with a Master's Degree in Sport & Exercise Psychology. HDTS provides direct services to individuals or teams looking to improve performance. We work with individuals and teams to establish routines, goal setting, mindfulness, visualization, behavioral modification, and cohesiveness.
