Why I’m Running

Ridgecrest is Rising, and I’m running for Mayor because I believe our best years can still be ahead of us.

You can see the progress all around us. Roads and parks are improving, our schools are being rebuilt, healthcare services are growing, the Sgt. John Pinney Aquatics Center is rising from the ground, and local businesses are investing.

None of that happens by accident. It happens because people across this community step forward, take risks, solve problems, and keep working toward something better.

That is what I love about Ridgecrest. A city under construction is a city that believes in its future.

But progress is never automatic, and the years ahead will require leadership that listens, brings people together, makes responsible decisions, and stays focused on getting the right result.

I have spent my life serving, leading through difficult challenges, and bringing people together around a mission. I want to put that experience to work here at home, for a community that means a great deal to my family, to me, and to the nation.

Ridgecrest MATTERS. I’m running for Mayor to build on the progress already underway and help Keep Ridgecrest Rising.
