people in a board meeting or conference style setting and is available for rent, as the calendar
permits. The conference room is available for reservation during regular Chamber Office Hours
and is equipped with a white board, wall mounted TV with HDMI cord, Wi-Fi and access to a
restroom. Additional chairs are available for seating away from the conference table.
Rates
The rental fee will be due the day of use. We accept cash and all major credit cards.
Chamber Member Rates:
Free once a year
Half-day (less than 4 hours)
Full-day (4 to 9 hours): $100
Non-Chamber Member Rates:
Half-day (less than 4 hours): $50
Full-day (4 to 9 hours): $150
Certificate of Insurance
A Certificate of Insurance is required 3 days prior to the rental day. Submit Certificate of Insurance
to chamber@ridgecrestchamber.com
