About Us

Ridgecrest Regional Hospital?s newly formed Development Foundation will kick off its first annual fund campaign this month. The expanded non-profit 501(c)(3) organization builds on the hard work and success of the former hospital foundation. All funds raised will be used for the expansion of hospital services including new equipment, new facilities and new services for our community.

The Foundation recently adopted gift acceptance policies and guidelines which are best practices for fund development to ensure compliance with IRS guidelines for charitable contributions. The annual fund appeal and the new memorial gift program, where gifts may be made in memory or in honor of family and friends, will support the greatest needs of the hospital.

This year?s annual fund will support the purchase of new high definition endoscopy equipment that assists our physicians in detecting and treating gastrointestinal diseases such as colorectal cancer at an earlier stage when treatments have the highest rates of success.
