Hello, I am Karen Watt, WD-4D Builders is a Design/Build company that focuses on making homes functional and well.
We work with homeowners who understand that starting a project with a plan is the best way to go. That is what sets WD-4D apart, we have a plan and all materials in hand before we swing a hammer. This minimizes stress, change orders and scheduling delays.
So…what does WD-4D stand for? Watt Designs explains the “WD” …But what about the 4D? The 4D’s of Design were introduced by the British Design Council in 2006 to help simplify the sometimes-complex planning process. They are Discover, Define, Develop, and Deliver.
